How to Unlock Your Account

If you find yourself locked out of your account, it's likely because you entered the wrong password too many times. You can unlock it through the password reset portal, but you'll need to wait at least 20 minutes first if locked out. 

Instructions on How to Unlock Your Account


After the wait: 
  1. Enter your email and the characters shown in the picture. 
  2. Click "Next." 
  3. On the next page, choose the second option, as seen in the photo below:

  2. Click "Next"  
  3. Verify your account 
  4. Then your account should be unlocked.
