How to Reset Your Password

Reset Password (You Know Your Current Password)


  1. Go to the Change Password Portal in Microsoft 365
  2. If you are not already logged in, please log in using your usual school credentials (email and password for logging into your computer, email, etc.) 
  3. You will be redirected to a page to change your password once logged in 
  4. Enter your old password and your new password
  5. Click “Submit” 

Reset Password (You Do Not Know Your Current Password)



If you forget your old password, you can reset it by visiting the self-service password reset portal.
